The Jedi Order is an ancient monastic peacekeeping organization unified by its belief and observance of the Force, specifically the light side. The Jedi are the guardians of peace and justice in the Galactic Republic, and are famous for their reliance on the Force for their power. Their iconic weapons are lightsabers, a custom-made hilt with a blade of pure energy. Led by a series of Jedi Councils, the Order grew over the millennia despite facing many trials, most often threats from the Sith, wielders of the dark side of the Force.
The Force is: "Well, the Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us; it binds the galaxy together." With their knowledge and use of the Force, those with the sensitivity and required training within the Jedi Order, have the ability to use and manipulate the Force, therefore giving them superior athletic abilities, foresight, psychokinesis, manipulation of weaker minds (the most famous example being this) and so on, depending on how powerful they are. The light side of the Force is concerned with the ideals of good, benevolence, and healing. Followers of the light side (Jedi) strive to live in harmony with the world around them, acting out of wisdom and logic rather than anger and hasty judgment. In order to achieve harmony with the light side of the Force, its practitioners often meditate to clear themselves of emotion; particularly negative emotions such as aggression, fear, anger, and hatred, since these are thought to bring on acceptance of the dark side. As for the dark side, well just think Darth Vader for now.
The Jedi are trained from a young age (a test is performed on the blood of all newborns throughout the galaxy for Force sensitivity) at their temple on Coruscant, their HQ, in groups by highly qualified Jedi masters/knights. Before they reach the age of 13 they must be taken on as a Padawan by a Jedi Knight or Master, it's a teaching relationship that can span two decades and it's up to their master to decide when they are ready to face the trials to Knighthood. When they are a fully fledged Jedi Knight they take on various Jedi duties, missions given to them by the Jedi council, and so on. The title of Jedi Master is the highest formal rank obtainable by a member of the Jedi Order. Reserved for those who had shown exceptional devotion and skill as well as balance in the Force and often combat, only individuals who had been given the rank of Master could sit on the Jedi High Council.
A Jedi dedicates his life to the Order and leavings are rare, marriage is also firmly banned and relationships discouraged. Honour, self-discipline and compassion are qualities importantly upheld by them, but most of all their duty to the Republic. In accordance with their philosophies of non-attachment, clothing is viewed as quite disposable. Indeed, possession itself is seen as forbidden as another form of attachment, and most Jedi lived out lives of material poverty, though the Order's infrastructure and the support of the Republic meant the Jedi did not lack for food, housing, or clothing.

So with all that out of the way, I shall begin the story! Feel free to ask me for an explanation on anything though. ;)
The story begins with the Jedi known as Qui-Gon Jinn, a revered yet maverick and unconventional Human Jedi Master. He was the Padawan to Count Dooku, and the mentor to Obi-Wan Kenobi and briefly Anakin Skywalker. Jinn often placed himself in conflict with the Jedi High Council. He was very compassionate, which contributed to him frequently taking side trips to help seemingly weak and useless life-forms. Despite his opposition to the council, he was regarded by many Jedi as sharp-witted and possessing great wisdom. He always appeared young for his age and had a penetrating gaze, as well as being adept at hiding his emotions from others.
As a Jedi youngling he befriended another youngling, Tahl, at the age of 8 and the two had a firm friendship that lasted a lifetime. However as they grew older friction and tensions came between them, and when Qui-Gon was depressed over his first Padawan falling to the dark side, their mutual and unvoiced attraction to eachother took control of them for one night when they took a mission together. In the year of 49 BBY Allana Jinn was born, Tahl loved and took care of her but her duties to the Jedi Order was a stronger call for her, and so Allana was frequently swapped and taken care of by different Jedi in the Temple once she reached the age of 3. Qui-Gon also took care of her frequently when his duties allowed, and found his daughter was a great distraction from the failing of his Padawan. Out of the two of them Allana looked like him the most, and certainly had his colouring and eyes, and was like him in personality, but due to her tumultuous, varied and inconsistent upbringing she grew up to be quite restless and impatient, not qualities suited for a Jedi. However due to having two Jedi Masters as parents, she naturally was born with a surprisingly high Force sensitivity, and the one consistency in her life was being surrounded by Jedi.
When she was 5 her mother, Tahl, was blinded in a battle and rescued by Qui-Gon and his new Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Due to having the responsibilities of mentoring a new Padawan (as did Tahl) Qui-Gon had less time to spend with his daughter, but always paid her a visit when he returned to the Jedi Temple, and so Allana was familiar with Obi-Wan from a young age. Despite this she had a happy childhood, and was fond amongst many of the Jedi Masters, and Tahl's blindness didn't affect her greatly due to the heightening of her other senses and had an immense knowledge of galactic history, politics, and the back story of practically everything and anything going on in the galaxy.
It was in 41 BBY, when Allana was 8 and well into her Jedi training, that Tahl received a call for help from two twins of New Apolson, as their father had just been murdered. She went alone despite Qui-Gon's objections and when she didn't return after several weeks he went with his Padawan to save her. There the two Jedi Masters finally acknowledged their long-harboured love for eachother and pledged their lives to the other. However things spiralled out of control as Tahl was taken captive, and given a drug that slowly drained her of all her strength. By the time Qui-Gon found her it was too late and despite his efforts to save her, she succumbed to the severe injuries she'd suffered in captivity.After her death rage and grief filled Qui-Gon to a severe state of depression, he was straying dangerously to the dark side and swore vengeance against her killer. Despite Obi-Wan's concerned assurances to his master that he'd done everything he could to save Tahl, Qui-Gon tracked her killer down obsessively and it was only Tahl's voice in his head at the last moment that made him realise the path he was following, repressed his anger and returned to Coruscant to give Tahl a proper funeral.
Meanwhile Allana was forced to grieve on her own with only the support of her mentors, instead of the father she needed. He was there in the end of course, and she wrapped herself tightly in his robes as they watched her mother's funeral pyre. But it was too late, the thoughts of something beyond the Jedi, the feeling of independence and lack of support was already firmly implanted in Allana's mind.
With her free time and strong independence Allana had spent a lot of her time reading and getting to grips with the technologies frequently used by the Jedi. So much so that by the age of 13 she'd learnt how to hack into the Jedi database and change her records. She used this within reason to change the results of her tests often, it wasn't that she didn't have the ability but she preferred not to have the attention her extraordinary powers brought her, as she found quickly that she could have much more fun while people never noticed her. Grand Master Yoda was wise to her tactics but chose to keep it to himself, seeing as no harm was being done, and he suspected that interference would only make her inner-fragility worse. Qui-Gon would definitely have noticed, but sadly he never spent enough time with her to.

However after a week of this the Jedi begin to search for her, and she cannot use her Jedi abilities so blatantly anymore. Instead of being doomed to the streets like she expects she encounters a teenage biker orphan called Darrin Sykes on the streets of the Lower Levels, and helps him repair his bike. Surprised by her talent he recognises that she's homeless and invites her into his gang, she accepts and quickly makes firm friends amongst them. So for a year she travels the Underworld with them, learning to fend for herself, deal with the rough people of the underworld, how to fly/drive a car/bike (in Star Wars they all fly) whilst having pure freedom and companionship. However their escapades aren't strictly legal and after 5 of them only just escape from a botched raid from the police everyone starts pointing fingers at who sold them out. When they return to their ramshackle base they find it's been torn to pieces by the police, and only 3 escape from that. Darrin, the leader who Allana met first and later became the girlfriend of, announces the group to be disbanded and they all go their own way, leaving Allana out in the cold. So she wanders on her own, desperately trying to get a foothold somewhere so she doesn't have to stay on the thug-ridden streets. It is while waitressing in a very seedy drug-hole for soldiers that after an entire year of searching, terrified that he pushed his daughter away to her ruin, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan finally find her. Which is remarkable in itself considering the billions of people on Coruscant, and that Allana was given a charm to hide her from the Force/Jedi by a friend of Darrin's. Qui-Gon begs her to return to the Jedi, even if it's just until she reaches adulthood, and she agrees, having had her fill of the Underworld for now (at least until she is older and has more means to protect herself) and is taken aback that they spent all that time searching before, as she believed her father wasn't bothered about her while he had a son in Obi-Wan.
So Allana returns to the Temple and is immediately checked over by medics, purged of noxious fumes and all that, and to her surprise when she awakes not only is her father by her bedside, but so is Grand Master Yoda. Upon reaching an agreement with Qui-Gon he's agreed to mentor her for a year, provided that she doesn't hold back her powers any longer. Her Padawan-ship under Yoda is hard but nonetheless it brings out her talents remarkably, and he also teaches her focus. As a result her abilities with a lightsaber are deadly for her age, and with her knowledge of technology (also having learnt some tricks in the Underworld of Coruscant) she is able to craft her own lightsaber, with an an unusual gold hue.
The Phantom Menace:
In 32 BBY when Allana is 17 Yoda releases her and she takes the opportunity to join her father and Obi-Wan in the desert-like world of Tatooine, where they have fallen astray from their original mission and they are fleeing with/protecting Padme Amidala, the Queen of Naboo. While trying to get parts to repair their ship they've met a young boy called Anakin Skywalker with an extraordinarily high Force sensitivity, higher even than Yoda's. Qui-Gon believes he has found "the Chosen One" and bargains for his release from slavery in a pod race, one that Anakin is entering to help them get the money to repair their ship. Anakin wins against all the odds and Qui-Gon persuades him to come with them to train as a Jedi as is his destiny, despite the fact it means leaving his enslaved mother behind, and he agrees.
I'm actually unfamiliar with the following story as I haven't seen the film in yonks and Wookieepedia is boggling me with too much detail to figure it out, so you'll have to bare with me on the vagueness. D;
So Allana accompanies them back to Coruscant where Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan give the High Jedi Council a full account on what happened. They're incredulous as to whether the Sith have actually returned, unannounced, but reluctantly agree to test Anakin for Jedi training. While waiting, Obi-Wan expressed his doubt about Anakin being suitable for training because he was too old. Qui-Gon, unswayed, guaranteed that the boy would become a Jedi. Obi-Wan tried to persuade his mentor not to keep on defying the Council; if Qui-Gon would just follow the Jedi Code, he would have a seat on the Council by now. Qui-Gon, however, reminded his apprentice that there was much he still needed to learn.
Now that Anakin is the new focus on the scene Allana begins to get over of her jealousy of Obi-Wan and his relationship with Qui-Gon, and finds that she actually gets along with him. During their stay on Coruscant, Qui-Gon watched over a duel between his apprentice and Master Windu, and also observed the talents of his daughter and the relationship growing between her and his Padawan, even though they had not seen it themselves. When the Council tested young Skywalker, the Masters found that the boy was indeed very strong with the Force, having the greatest potential ever recorded, but declined to train him on the grounds that he was too old, just as Kenobi had said. Yoda sensed that the boy's future was "clouded". Jinn tried to release Kenobi from apprenticeship, saying that Kenobi was ready for the Jedi Trials, in order to take Skywalker as his Padawan. This was observed by Allana who, though understanding his reasons, is hurt that he didn't want to take her on. But the Council would not be swayed; the boy's fate would have to be put on hold. Mace Windu revealed that the Senate was going to vote for a new Supreme Chancellor. Jinn and Kenobi are ordered to return to Naboo with Queen Amidala, who hoped to liberate the planet in one swift stroke, and discover what they could about Darth Maul; the Jedi had to know more on the reappearance of the Sith. Also Yoda feels along with a few of the other Masters that she's spent enough time being taught and needs to get out there, and considering her talent and familiarity with Jinn and Kenobi it might turn out to be a very good decision. So Allana goes with them, and her childhood dreams are fulfilled as she finally has her father as her master, for a short time at least.
On the landing platform bearing the Queen's ship, Kenobi tried to get Jinn to see that Skywalker was "dangerous" because the Council could sense it, but Jinn pointed out the boy's destiny being "uncertain." Obi-Wan later apologises for his behaviour, saying it wasn't his place to disagree with Qui-Gon about the boy, and expresses his appreciation for his Master deeming him ready for the Trials. Smiling, Jinn saw that Kenobi would go on to be a potential Jedi someday with his wisdom. Meanwhile Allana persuades Obi-Wan to show her some of his lightsaber techniques while en-route to Queen Amidala's invaded home of Naboo, and Qui-Gon is glad to see that his daughter's finally found someone she can fully place her trust in, seeing as their relationship is shaky to say the least, even though he plans to rectify that.
The capital of Naboo turns out to be deserted, and their friend Jar Jar Binks, a native of Naboo, takes them to the "sacred place" of his amphibian race, where they are hiding while their planet is invaded by the Trade Federation (I have no idea who that is except that they're against the Republic, sorry xD). They all battle their way through the swamps, the three Jedi defeating many droids, and defeating the Gungan Chief Guard in a duel, allowing them to enter the sacred palace. There Queen Amidala persuades the Gungan leader to help them free Naboo, then they form a plan to capture somebody important to do with the invasion.
Now here I'll skip quite a bit of the last leg of the film as it's unnecessary to Allana's story, but just know that as they infiltrate and take back Naboo, free the hostage Naboo pilots etc, Allana is firmly by the side of Obi-Wan and her faather, and holds her own by far, more than Qui-Gon expected in fact. When the Queen goes to retake the throne room the three Jedi are faced yet again by the Sith Lord Darth Maul. Qui-Gon insists that Allana goes and protects the Queen for her own safety, and Allana helplessly goes as the Queen's life and her duty is more important, no matter how much she wants to help her father.
The battle between Darth Maul and the two Jedi is frenzied and brutal, moving through the hangar they're in and into the Theed Generator Complex, where they fight on the precarious catwalks. Darth Maul kicks Obi-Wan over the edge of one, forcing Jinn to fight on alone and Obi-wan to try and catch up while Qui-Gon and the Sith Lord move beyond an impenetrable laser shield system. As they all try to reach eachother through the series of shields randomly deactivating, Allana has helped the Queen and is rushing to find them, and is panicking as her sense of her father in the Force is growing weaker. Because although Jinn was one of the best lightsaber duelists in the Order, his preferred practice of Form IV proved disadvantageous in the confined space of the cooling pit, as Ataru required a wide, open space for its energetic acrobatics and multi-angular bladework. Also, Maul had the advantage of youth and pure strength, while at the same time recognizing his opponent's weariness. The end result was, Kenobi still being separated from them by the
shields, Qui-Gon being hit in the face with Maul's lightsaber hilt, leaving him momentarily stunned, and the Sith mercilessly impaled him through the stomach. As the Jedi Master crumpled to the floor, his pain ripped through Allana's mind and she attacked the obstacles and impenetrable shields between them with a fury unlike any other she'd experienced, and frantically tries to contact Obi-Wan through Force telepathy to find out what's going on but she has no reply.
Obi-Wan rushed to face Maul as soon as the shields opened, and as he continued to duel Maul, he succeeded in slicing the Sith Lord's double-bladed lightsaber hilt in half, but was then knocked into the pit. Though he managed to hold onto the edge of the pit, he lost his lightsaber, leaving him defenseless. However Kenobi defeated Maul when he suddenly Force-leaped out of the pit, called his Master's lightsaber to his hand, and cut the Sith Lord in half as he was distracted by the approaching Allana.
Obi-Wan immediately rushes over to the man he considers a father and takes him in his arms. With his last breaths, Jinn tells Kenobi to train Skywalker, knowing that the boy ultimately would fulfill the prophecy and bring balance to the Force, and to look after Allana. Obi-Wan tearfully agrees and Allana makes it through the shields just in time to catch the last seconds of her fathers life. He'd already spoken to her telepathically through the Force, but he holds on just long enough to stroke his daughter's face with a fond smile, and weakly apologises for failing her as a father. With tears running down her face she replies: "No. Never that. I was an awful daughter, we're both as bad as eachother. Mum always said I was too much like you." and laughs weakly before tenderly taking his face in her hands and kisses his forehead, saying that she loves him, and he dies with a smile on his face, in the arms of the people he loves the most. Obi-Wan then quietly announces he's dead and after a moment says that they should tell the others. Allana numbly agrees and while he goes she holds the cold hand of her father, a small hint of warmth still remains, and she stays like that until the Naboo soldiers gravely come to take his body. Captain Panaka, Queen Amidala's personal guard, assures her that they'll take the utmost care of him. She nods that she understands and strides off to the center of the city where Obi-Wan and the Queen are conferring, contacting the Jedi High Council, dealing with the remainders of the Trade Federation's army etc. Allana helps but says nothing, and nothing is said to her out of respect.

Allana watches silently and Obi-Wan, feeling he should say something to her, comes up behind and tells her that Qui-Gon did love her, he often mentioned her to him, and he admits that he was quite jealous of the automatic and unconditional love he had for his daughter. Allana wrly says that she was jealous of him and the tension between them is finally released. Silence follows, neither knowing what to say, and Allana suddenly lets out what's been on her mind. "It's my fault." She says. "I could have saved him. I could have got there in time. If I hadn't been so preoccupied with the Queen, if I'd ran just a bit faster, if-if..." and her emotionless resolve breaks apart as her lip starts to quiver and her eyes well up. Obi-Wan comforts her, saying that he'd already gone through the what-ifs himself, and even if she had she'd have got stuck behind the shields like him. And as the flames roar up into the sky her grief finally gets the best of her and she weeps into the night, Obi-Wan pulls her to his side and they grieve for their father together.

For 6 years Allana trains and becomes closer with Henri, coming to think of him as an uncle in a way, and they go on various missions together etc, and on the uncommon occasions that they come together Allana gets Obi-Wan to teach her in his lightsaber combat style. Allana and Henri are almost unstoppable as they work together, their similarity in personality allows for closer chemistry and trust but it also results in lack of change and the enlightenment that comes from the friction of two characters. As a result Allana becomes more and more distracted and interested in other Jedi, Obi-Wan and his curious young apprentice Anakin Skywalker in particular. Her increasing attraction to Obi-Wan also pulls her away from her duty.
Eventually Henri suddenly pulls her aside one day in 26 BBY and asks her if this is what she really wants, because if not she cannot commit to becoming one with the Force. He reasons that she was born into the Jedi with two Jedi Masters as parents, which is an extremely rare occurance considering the Jedi's rule of "No attachments", so she never had a choice in the matter. Allana's left stammering with confusion and Henri gently tells her to go out into the world for a few years, experience all that she can of life. And if she still wants to be a Jedi then he will be waiting at this exact spot in 3 years time, if she doesn't return then he knows her choice. He tells her to consider it a long-term training mission and takes his leave of her.
Later that day with only a small suitcase containing her meagre belongings, she takes her leave of the Jedi Order and all its limitations and rules for, quite literally, the rest of the galaxy. Having an adequate amount of Credits (money used in Galactic Republic-ruled areas, like a Euro) she rents an apartment in one of the large skyscrapers that the middle sector is riddled with, it isn't exactly comfortable but it's hers and just outside of the Underworld sector.
To start herself off she does some waitressing until she can find a job more suited to her talents. It is through this that she finds Dex, an alien who owns Dex's Diner, an old friend of Obi-Wan's and someone with many underground connections. When she introduces herself he remembers her from conversations with Obi-Wan and greets her warmly, telling her to let him know if she needs anything, and she asks him to help her track down her old biker-gang members, as one in particular had a talent for acquiring certain technologies which would be useful for her. The hunt leads her to other people who're interested in doing business with her (i.e illegally acquiring technology and selling them on the cheap) as she saves up for a ticket out of Coruscant.
And so the tale starts of Allana's rogue years, she joins a bandit crew for a few months, swaps planets, learns dialects, becomes renowned for having the connections to get the best technology around and of course, for being absolutely and utterly lawless. She even joins a troop of bounty hunters at one point, though purely for the purpose of tracking and observing some rogue Jedi traitors, before bringing them down. Of course she does all of this under an alias, sometimes different ones, and has learnt to hide herself from the Force very well, and uses various other "Jedi tricks" to ease her way. However this still doesn't stop her escapades reaching the ears of Obi-Wan Kenobi. He visits her "store" one day and she's surprised he managed to find her, but is pleased to see him, ones she determines that he isn't there to drag her back to the Jedi. In fact once she explains to him her "long-term training mission" situation he's keen to have her as a contact, a very knowledgeable one who he can trust and use to get ahead of his streetwise and well-connected enemies. In return he promises not to reveal her location to the Jedi Council and having no choice, she accepts with some amusement. Even though they both know that she would have agreed without the blackmail, in a way it's a guarantee for both of them to keep seeing eachother.
They both stay true to their sides of the deal and Allana provides some priceless information for him over the years, and as she's completely un-attached to the Jedi for the time being, and because her location is so removed from them, they both let their guard around eachother in ways they've never been able to before. With Allana being 24 and Obi-Wan 31 the age gap between them is less prominent as it once was at a certain time in Naboo. Obi-Wan is helplessly at ease with her and they both find that they're hopelessly, confidentially, falling in love. It's a symbolic time for both of them, allowing them to see what can never be done whilst they are Jedi, and Allana for one had never been happier. Nobody ever knew of their relationship, not even the now-17 year old Anakin, who has suspected Obi-Wan of involvement with a woman before. She even spent some time with Anakin when she was required to meet up with Obi-Wan to pass on information, including one memorable time when they joint-controlled a star-cruiser to race Obi-Wan to their target and used their flying-talent and reckless tendencies to make it do things Obi-Wan couldn't bare to watch, which was the start of a friendship between them.
However their blissful and lawless existence in the shadow of the Underworld and the Jedi can't go on forever, it simply couldn't.
Regardless of the circumstances of their happiness, the 3 years Henri put on Allana to return is up. Despite her exaltation in the freedom that comes with being a near-criminal, she has been inadvertently drawn to values, practices and the affairs of the Order she'd previously thought she would never return to. For example her colleagues and and accomplices are often baffled by her insistence on preserving as many lives as possible when they would have killed them without a second thought, though admittedly she does get her own back on them in her own way. And then there's the time she tracked down some traitors of the Jedi who were hassling the Order in ways they didn't realise, and, permanently, dealt with them. Similarly she's caught rumours of Jedi missionaries in her area and has been inclined to help them out, say by sending a useful shipment their way that they can "happen" upon, or distracting an accomplice of hers that could hinder them away from the scene. Though she never intended it the Force is calling her back in a way she cannot ignore, and deep down she is beginning to miss being a Jedi, a feared and respected keeper of the peace, while down here she's rolling in and dealing with the dirt.
She's naturally conflicted over it but decides to meet Henri anyway, planning to ask him for just one more year or even a few months to decide. Obi-Wan has returned to one of his missions with Anakin when she goes, he has no idea of it as she's planning to return to normal with a longer hiatus from her final decision anyway.
It is 24 BBY, 8 years since her father's death, and though she goes to the Jedi Temple to gain more time to decide her future, she finds that the path has already been laid before her. She waits on the balcony for an hour for Henri, but he never showed. When she bumped into an old friend, a Jedi Master, she learns that nobody has seen him for weeks since he went on a mission to a distant planet alone, going alone was highly discouraged by the Jedi Council but seeing as he had no Padawan, he had no choice. Fearing for his life Allana immediately takes up her mantle as a Jedi once more and recovers her lightsaber. She uses many IOUs to secure passage to the planet Henri was sent to, and in doing so she arrives much sooner than any ship the Jedi could have lawfully secured, and arrives just in time to save her master's life. It turns out he was being held hostage by an extensive gang of ruthless, power-hungry bandits that had an increasing hold over the Galaxy underworld that had begun to compare to even that of the Hutt Crime Lords. They had long hindered and been a severe foe of Allana and her criminal associates for a long time, almost crippling them in their control, but Allana had neither the authority or the resources to bring them down as a freelance ruffian. However when she rescues Henri Diath they are able to bring them down together, completing Henri's original mission and doing Allana's "friends" in the Underworld a favour, if you can call making criminals' lives somewhat easier such a thing. Regardless, Henri is indebted to her and confides that if she hadn't've returned to the Jedi Temple and gone after him, he would have perished. The advantages and recognition of being a Jedi have been shown to her, and she realises that as a Jedi she can do things and protect/bring peace to the Galaxy and those she cares about, while as a free and thrill-seeking rogue she cannot. So though he suspects the real reason for her return, Henri takes it as a guarantee that she has returned to complete her training, and Allana agrees, even though it means giving up her unregulated freedom and Obi-Wan. In doing so she's learnt the very lesson Henri hoped to teach her, self-sacrifice.
Master and apprentice return to the Jedi Temple as proud victors, they have after all vanquished a serious criminal threat as well as the lessons learnt, and the return of the so far unbeatable Master-Padawan Jedi coupling that they are soon spreads to many ears throughout the Galaxy, both adversaries, admirers, fellow Jedi and of course, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Allana meets him for what will be the last time in many months in the landing base for ships outside of the Jedi Temple. As she had given him no indication of what she was going to do before, he is of course disheartened as her return to the Jedi means that they will be no more. She tells him that it could not have been long before they were found out and expelled from the Jedi entirely, and Jedi need them both, like Henri needed her and Anakin needs him. That their relationship simply wasn't meant to be, even though they were some of the best times of her life. Obi-Wan is still saddened but he understands and agrees with her, their duty always comes before their hearts of course, as is the Jedi way. They part on civil terms and remain friends but nothing more, as they cannot let such emotions continue any more. For this reason they barely see eachother over the next two years, even purposefully avoiding eachother if they can to avoid the awkward situation that would follow.
For the next 14 months Allana trains further, and more seriously, with Henri. After seeing so many Jedi, people and her father, losing a battle because of being at a disadvantage with their preferred or mastered technique she's determined to learn them all and weed out the weaknesses, eventually making her own form of combat that nobody has ever known. It's similar to Obi-Wan's combat style (as in it's a hybrid of Qui-Gon's, but combined with elements of another form to make it more defensive and less disadvantageous in closed areas) but far more ambitious, and she certainly has the skill and talent for it. In the autumn of 23 BBY Henri observes Allana's skill and maturity in a duel with one of the Jedi Masters, they had just come back from a mission to disrupt a secret slavery trade on a small planet, and to be fair Allana did most of it herself. He has taught her everything he can, and she's become a greater Jedi than he ever could have imagined. For these reasons he announces to her that she's ready to face the Jedi Trials, and become a Jedi Knight. Allana is flattered and takes on the Trials with utmost determination, and passes them without a hitch. She's officially on her own now, and she takes to the independence like a Gungan to water and furthers her studies even more.
Attack of The Clones:
It is 22 BBY, Allana is 27 and Obi-Wan 35. There is unrest in the Galactic Senate. Several thousand solar systems have declared their intentions to leave the Republic. This separatist movement, under the leadership of the mysterious Count Dooku, has made it difficult for the limited number of Jedi Knights to maintain peace and order in the galaxy.Senator Padme Amidala, the former Queen of Naboo, is returning to the Galactic Senate to vote against the critical issue of creating an army of the Republic to assist the overwhelmed Jedi. However although she uses a decoy to arrive her ship is bombed, leaving only her and her head of security alive as they were disguised as guards and got off the ship first. The Jedi brush aside Padme's belief that Separatist leader Count Dooku tried to kill her, as he was once a Jedi and killing is not his way. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine suggests that the Jedi offer their protection for her, perhaps somebody she is familiar with, such as an old friend like Obi-Wan Kenobi. As he and Anakin have just returned from a mission Yoda and Mace Windu Agree, and so Obi-Wan and Anakin are assigned to protect Padme Amidala against further assassination attempts.
It has been 10 years since they have met and Anakin is 19, and highly attracted to her. He and Obi-Wan argue over "not turning this into an investigation" and "we will do exactly as the Council have ordered us, my young Padawan." when Anakin promises her to find who tried to kill her. Nonetheless they do intercept another assassination attempt in her bedroom at night and Obi-Wan does an amazing feat of jumping through the window and clinging on to the droid that delivered the killer-slugs, as it will be going back to the true assassin. Anakin eventually catches him in his star-cruiser and they chase the assassin through the airspace

Returning to the Jedi Council, Obi-Wan is given a new mission, to track down the assassin's killer, while Anakin protects Padme on her home planet.
He takes the dart to his old, well-connected and knowledgeable friend Dex as the Jedi Analysis Records didn't recognise it. Dex tells him it's made specifically on a planet called Kamino and they reminisce on old times, Dex expressing surprise that Obi-Wan hasn't seen Allana in a long time.
Upon putting the co-ordinates into the Jedi Archives Obi-Wan is puzzled when it comes up with the exact place it should be, but appears to not exist. He asks Yoda for advice on the issue and he confers with the younglings he's teaching, and they realise that the planet does exist, but was deleted from the Archives. As only a Jedi could have done this they are alarmed, Yoda says he will meditate on it and tells Obi-Wan to go to the co-ordinates and he will find Kamino there, but to talk to Allana about the matter first as she has certain experience in the mater of the Archives. As she has just returned from a mission herself Obi-Wan goes to her rooms, and is slightly bemused as Yoda chuckles to himself over memories of Allana's wind-ups as a youngling when she edited the Archives herself.
The two have not seen eachother in 2 years and when she suddenly finds Obi-Wan at her door Allana is shocked but is happy to see him, and asks what she can do for him. He tells her everything that's happened and she thinks it over, promising to look into the Archives for deletions in the past decade, though it might take a while.
On Naboo Anakin and Padmé have been spending much time together. Anakin reveals his deep love for her, vowing to do whatever she asked. However, Padmé resists, explaining that it would be impossible for the two of them to be together, since she is a Senator and he is a Jedi. Anakin is angered by this, and experiences inner conflict between his strong desires for her and his duties as a Jedi. Anakin is also troubled by a newfound sense that his mother is in grave danger, and he persuades Padmé to accompany him to his home planet of Tatooine—in the process disobeying Obi-Wan's orders to remain on Naboo.
Upon arriving, he learns that his mother has married a moisture farmer named Cliegg Lars, and travels to the Lars homestead. There, he learns that his mother was kidnapped a month ago by the Tusken Raiders. He travels through the night, and finds her tied and beaten in a Tusken camp. Within moments, she dies in his arms. Enraged, he slaughters the entire Tusken community; men, women and even children. Back at Coruscant, Yoda senses a terrible darkness in the Force as the slaughter continues (Qui-Gon Jinn's voice can also be heard saying "Anakin, Anakin, No!" during this scene). Anakin then brings his mother's body back to the homestead, where her funeral is held.
On Geonosis, Obi-Wan overhears a meeting between Count Dooku and the leaders of the commerce guilds, and learns that they are behind the separatist movement and have built up a new powerful droid army to take over the Republic, the Jedi would be too overwhelmed with the army's sheer numbers to stop them. He also learns that it was Nute Gunray, the Trade Federation leader, who ordered the assassination of Padmé Amidala, as revenge for the defeat of the Trade Federation at the Battle of Naboo.
Meanwhile Allana has discovered something herself. It took no small degree of tracing, hacking and practically skinning the Archives alive in her relentless searching but she eventually found it, the deletion record of Kamino. And there deep in its coding clear as day was the Jedi responsible, Count Dooku, her father's mentor. It comes as a shock to her as Qui-Gon used to speak so highly of him, she even knew him herself before he retired from the Jedi. She tries to submit her findings to Obi-Wan via a hologram but finds that he's too far from Coruscant to get a signal. He's suffering the same thing and has instead gotten Anakin (who is closer to him) to forward the message to the council. Just as Anakin is forwarding Obi-Wan's message to the Council Allana is trying to hack into the database to get a clear signal and she stumbles upon the message purely by accident, and eagerly listens in. Obi-Wan successfully describes his findings to the Council, though he is surrounded by droidekas and captured before he can finish his report.
Now that the Jedi Council knows of Dooku's army, Jedi Master Mace Windu leads a team of all available Jedi to Geonosis, and is surprised to find Allana waiting for his orders outside the Council's door. As the Council now know of Dooku she chooses to keep what she found to herself, and look into it on her own once Obi-Wan is rescued. Unbeknownst to them, Anakin and Padmé also make their way there to rescue Obi-Wan. Meanwhile, Naboo Representative Jar Jar Binks calls for Chancellor Palpatine to be given emergency powers, with which he can call the recently discovered clone army into battle... Back on Geonosis, Count Dooku tries to persuade Obi-Wan to join him, warning him that Darth Sidious is now in control of the Senate. Obi-Wan refuses to believe him, saying that the Jedi would have known if that was the case. Anakin and Padmé arrive on the planet to rescue Obi-Wan,

As they fly out an even larger battle erupts outside the arena between the Republic's clone army and the Droid Army of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Trade Federation leaders then secretly escape in their private ship. Geonosian Archduke Poggle the Lesser entrusts Count Dooku with the plans for the Ultimate Weapon, which are early plans for the Death Star, the man-made planet/moon/base/DarthVaderHQ that can destroy entire planets.Dooku attempts to escape, but Obi-Wan and Anakin track him in their ship to a secret hangar, where they engage him in combat, Allana having unfortunately fallen out of the ship previously like Padmé due to a laser blast dislodging her grip from the open-sided ship.
Unfortunately, they are no match for Dooku's now-revealed mastery of the dark side and the lightsaber combat style that he employs. He fires Force lightning at Anakin, injures Obi-Wan enough to immobilise him and cuts off Anakin's right arm. Yoda appears just as Dooku is about to escape, and the two masters of the Force go head to head in a fierce duel. Dooku, realizing he can't defeat Yoda, attempts to topple a large pillar on the fallen Obi-Wan and Anakin as a distraction. While Yoda uses the Force to divert the pillar, Dooku flees in his solar sailor.Just then Padmé and Allana arrive in another gunship with a troop of clone soldiers. Their blasters cannot hope to reach Dooku's solar sailor as it flies off, and all their shots miss. However Allana had just been discussing what arms they had left with a soldier and he'd shown her a few trackers. She's able to think quickly enough and throw the tracker onto Dooku's ship, enhancing the throw with the Force. When Padmé asks what it was she lies and says it was a grenade that missed, as she knows that they couldn't possibly catch Dooku now and trying to will just delay helping Obi-Wan and Anakin. Besides, she isn't quite sure what to do yet.
Meanwhile flying to an industrial sector of Coruscant, Dooku meets up with his master, the mysterious and hooded Darth Sidious, who is pleased that the war has begun as planned.
A few days later in the Jedi Temple, Obi-Wan, Mace and Yoda ponder Dooku's warning that Darth Sidious is controlling the Senate. Yoda is hesitant to believe this, stating that the dark side is capable of creating fear and mistrust. He and Windu agree that they should nevertheless closely monitor the Senate. Allana interrupt them and asks for permission to speak. She confesses that she planted a tracker on Dooku's ship and has the recorded data of where it went before it was removed. The three Jedi are surprised and reprimand her for not telling them immediately, but nonetheless they have hope that they can find out who the Sith Lord behind everything is for once and for all. They ponder over who to send and Allana suggests herself, reasoning that whereas the Sith would detect any amount of Jedi any be long gone before they even arrived at the perimeter. Whereas Count Dooku knows her personally and once expressed great interest in her training before he left the Jedi. She'd play on his reluctance to kill the Jedi and his sadness over her father's death, feigning that she'd lost hope in the Jedi because of it and wanted the power and freedom that the Dark Side held. Then as soon as she'd identified the Sith Lord she'd flee. It's very risky but as she's willing to take that risk for the Galaxy, Yoda and Mace decide to put it upon the Council to decide. Obi-Wan isn't keen on it at all but nonetheless the next day Allana stands before the Council and it is decided, though it is on the clear understanding of her own peril, she will go.
Meanwhile, Chancellor Palpatine and Onaconda Farr oversee the launch of massive clone trooper forces...
Back at Naboo, Anakin, with a new robotic-arm, and Padmé hold a secret wedding, with C-3PO and R2-D2 as the only witnesses.
Allana goes to the last known location of Dooku's ship immediately, her mission is kept a secret to everyone outside of the Council for safety reasons. They send her off with a warning and "May the Force be with you." some wonder if perhaps they've gone too far with this, but assuring themselves that gaining leverage over the Sith is the most important thing.
She goes to the secret Sith lair in The Works, a completely industrial and mechanical district of Coruscant, and as she predicted Count Dooku lets her in purely out of curiosity, though he holds his lightsaber to her throat as soon as she enters.
"Allana Jinn. I thought I recognised you on Geonosis, you look so much like your father... You used a golden lightsaber, yes? Ingenious." He says with an appreciative chuckle. "Now what would my apprentice's daughter be doing here?" He drawls. She then begins to spin her tale of her grief over Qui-Gon and how it shook her belief in the Jedi, how he never took any interest in her vast powers. Whereas Dooku once did while he was a Jedi and it was he who encouraged her training, which is why she wants to join him, so she can be free of the suffocating limitations and laws of the Jedi while completely embracing her power. This all comes from a grain of truth, and Dooku can relate to it, so it makes it all the more believable. Dooku pauses and she assures him she came alone, and that her ship was untracked. He decides to introduce her to his master, Darth Sidious, and see what he thinks, though he assures her he understands her plight.
It is all going to plan and Allana takes a shaky breath as she is left alone for a moment as Dooku goes to alert the Sith Lord, she wasn't entirely sure it would work herself. She's trying to figure out an escape route for when she's identified the Sith but can find none, her ship is too far away to get into and start up with two Sith on her back and the drop out of the Hangar is too far to survive. She's run out of ideas when the two Sith re-enter the hangar and she suddenly remembers the droid-caller button on her belt. Obi-Wan gave it to her while he was in the medical centre so she could retrieve his ship for him, and she forgot to give it back. It would take some time before Obi-Wan's droid flew the ship to her from the Jedi Temple, but it's her only chance and she presses the button subtly while pretending to adjust her tunic."Jedi Knight Jinn, Darth Tyrannous tells me you wish to join us?" Darth Sidious muses to her as he approaches. His voice is crackly, aged and sinister. His face is swamped by his large hood, leaving only his lower face visible, but still there's something about him she finds familiar...
"I do, Sith Lord." Allana confirms and quickly drops to one knee in a show of respect, hoping to get a glance of his face from that position. "My previous Master was inadequate, he could not teach my superior power, he was below me. I have longed for freedom all my life and the Jedi are too limiting in their law-abiding ways, I hope to pledge myself to you, and give myself to the full power of the Dark Side." She says grandly and inwardly curses as Darth Sidious turns away from her before she can get a look.
"I can back that my Lord. His name was Diath, Qui-Gon was fond of him and he had, some potential but he was too weak and reckless to know true power." Dooku says off-handedly to Sidious who ponders it for a moment.
"Very well Allana Jinn, you have swayed me. But first you must prove your intentions, we wouldn't want an idle spy in our midst now would we?" Sidious says to her and her heart quickens, it's getting risky but she must find out who he is. "Perhaps to kill, another Jedi? No? Too long, we need proof here and now." He ponders as he walks up and down in front of her. "A secret perhaps...yeees something that could help us. Something only a Jedi would now." He smiles wickedly and Allana is stumped. She's no closer to finding out who he is but Obi-Wan's droid still hasn't arrived, to give up now would mean failing the Council and her certain death. "Well Jedi Knight Jinn? Surely you must know something?" Sidious says innocently and she decides quickly, revealing it will mean betraying the Council but it will also result in them having the higher ground over the Sith, and will let them end this war before it's barely begun. For the greater good.
"The launch codes." Allana suddenly bursts out as the Sith are running out of patience and preparing to turn on her. "I can give you the launch codes for all the Clone Army ships. Only a few select Jedi know them, and with them you can override them, leaving our-their ships useless." She says it as it's the only thing that could be irreversible, as soon as she escapes she'll hack into the Jedi database and change them.
"Oh very good Allana Jinn, very good." Sidious cackles. "Come, you can enter them into our system yourself." He says and leads them into their planning room beyond the Hangar. He of course knew her plan all along, but didn't expect her to go this far. In fact he's beginning to wonder if she's telling the truth after all. But it is of no matter to him, due to the ancient Sith law he follows only one Master and Apprentice can exist at a time. He already has Dooku and is not willing to part with him just yet. He will wait until Allana has maximised her usefulness, then he will dispose of her. They watch curiously as Allana leans over their computer and inputs the launch codes.
"There." Allana says emotionlessly. "You now have control of all our ships and everything that goes through them." She says and Sidious applauds her.
"You made your first step to becoming a Sith, Allana Jinn." He says approvingly and she uses the opportunity to throw back his hood with the Force.
"Palpatine!" She gasps in horror as she recognises him and he straightens up in distaste.
"Yes it is I. Your foolish Council should have listened to Tyrannous, but they are too blind to even see what is before their own eyes." He smirks, because by failing to disguise her reaction she has given herself away. "Allana, what are you doing?" Dooku asks warily as she appears to reach for her lightsaber.
"You have proven yourself well Allana, those codes were precious to your Order. But alas I can only have one apprentice, and Tyrannous is far more useful to me than you. You have outlived your use, Jedi, and now you know too much." He says threateningly and moves towards her.
"It's too late." She laughs and steps away from him. "I've just sent a recording of this conversation to the Council. Whatever you do to me, they already know, Palpatine, you've lost."
"Oh, that was smart of you indeed. Inconvenient but then again... as you've probably realised your codes are useless to us, why I control the Senate." Sidious laughs as he spots her eyeing the door. "But the Jedi don't know that. No, all they will know is that you just took their dear, utmost trust by giving you their codes, and betrayed them. You're quite an independent soul aren't you, Miss Jinn? Always eager to gain your freedom. Then the trauma of losing both your parents after never having their total love...grief, unpredictability, anger, jealousy and rrresent. All qualities the Jedi consider as good as turning to the Dark Side..." He says hintingly as they circle around the centre table.
"They would never believe you!" Allana says in horror as she realises what he's planning.
"Are you sure about that? They don't believe Tyrannous because they think he's trying to place doubt, mistrust, amongst them. When you say the same thing and the facts are laid before them, that you have revealed their precious codes, and cannot back up your reasons why... It will surely break their hearts but then, didn't your master, Diath, let you go into the world for 3 years, without regulation or law? Very curious, and he's always been a lost soul since his parents' deaths, a weak recluse who could be twisted into helping the Dark Side. What's to say these aren't the actions of a Sith? Trying to get into their midst just as Tyrannous suggested?" Sidious grins, he's got her pinned and he knows it. "Because you will not remember this Allana, you will not be able to plead your innocence." He says and continues his advance as Dooku guards the doors.
"No!" Allana exclaims, appalled at the mistake she made by coming here.
"Are you sure that was necessary Master, instead of just erasing her mind completely?" Dooku asks and moves away from the doors.
"Yes, if I had done everything it would only back up that recording she sent." Darth Sidious replied and tried to straighten himself up. As they talk Allana uses the distraction to get to her feet and sneak towards the exit, her mind is foggy and her memories of what just happened, but she knows she has to get away.
"Nobody will be able to trust her now." Sidious cackles and suddenly they notice her. "She will regret the day she ever thought she could best a Sith!" He revels as she catapults through the door and into the hangar. Obi-Wan's ship is just approaching and she leaps off the hangar into it. She speeds to the temple as fast as she possibly can, she knows it is in vain but she has to try. She has to try.
"Leave her." Sidious says to Dooku as he goes to follow her. "Killing her would be too obvious now. Besides, this will be worse than death for her. Instead of a Martyr she becomes a traitor." He laughs and turns back to Dooku. "Be careful who you place your trust in, Darth Tyrannous."
"Just like her father. So self-assured, even when she's presented with something she cannot hope to overcome." Dooku shakes his head in disappointment and they look to the hologram screen where Sidious overrides the battleship codes. He doesn't plan to destroy them as that would ruin his master-plan that can only come about via the war, instead he does just enough to alert the Jedi of what's happened. He then leaves the base with Sidious, claiming that they need a new base as the signal will be undoubtedly tracked. Allana arrives at the Jedi Temple and charges up the stairs to the Jedi Council, where they are just receiving alerts from the Clone Trooper generals that their ships are being overridden.
"Allana." Mace Windu greets her coldly as she enters and they all turn to her. "What is this we heard about you giving the launch codes to the Sith?" He demands.
So, seeing how hopeless the situation is, she leaves immediately and heads towards the landing grounds outside the Temple, never to return. Her distraught feelings are clear on her face as she bumps past Obi-Wan just outside the Council Chamber and ignores him.
"You cannot exile her! Yes she left for a few years but she returned, she chose to come back!" Obi-Wan exclaims in distress when they tell him the situation. But they will not be swayed and some say that only adds to the reason she could have come back, as an aid of the Dark Side.
She rushes towards the landing base outside the Temple but for the life of her she still cannot remember why she tried to implicate Palpatine, or who the Sith really was. As she heads down a quiet hallway to the landing grounds a strong arm darts out from behind a pillar and pulls her next to its owner as a troop of soldiers she hadn't seen approaches. As they pass they jump down and Obi-Wan apologises to her for not being able to sway the Council, and firmly states that he's never doubted her, ever since they were children. Allana thanks him and vows to prove her innocence to the Council one day, and she will return.
"Well in that case you'll be needing this." He says and pulls a lightsaber out of his cloak. "I have no need of it now, I have my own. I think he'd want you to have it." He half-smiles and hands it to her. It's her father's lightsaber, the one that they'd argued over so many years ago when he died (both in favour of the other having it). Allana is speechless and thanks him deeply. The troopers have passed and she says goodbye to him, not wanting to impose on him further, she turns to leave.
"Allana, wait!" Obi-Wan calls out to her helplessly and she turns around. His voice drops softly as he knows that everything that happens in the Temple is recorded. "Back in the city... had you said the word I would have left the Jedi Order. I still would." He admits and she steps closer to him in surprise.
"So would I." She murmurs back and smiles. "But not yet, not until this war is over and the Republic is safe." She says and the space between them now is mere millimetres. Allana wraps her arms tenderly around his neck, running her hands through his hair and they kiss deeply, each savouring the release of emotions they've both held for years.
"Go." Obi-Wan says as they reluctantly part. "May the Force ever be with you. And for gods sake be careful, it would be perfect for you to evade the Jedi for months just to get caught for a speeding ticket." He mutters and Allana says goodbye to him with a grin. She darts over the landing ground and gets into her ship quickly enough for the Troopers to not even realise what's happening.
He watches silently from the top of the stairs, wondering if he'll ever see her again.
Palpatine of course backs the suspicion of Allana's betrayal of the Jedi and only strengthens it, then appears to be "merciful" by telling them not to pursue her and "Submit to Death Sticks or whatever it is the criminal youth do these days."
She is now an outlaw, hunted by her own people, hiding from planet to planet, never lingering for more than a month. But always she hunts for a way to prove her innocence, and it is during this time she truly becomes known as "The Lawless".
The war is well underway and the Jedi are completely unaware that they are being ruled by a Sith lord. Allana finds that her exile is nothing like her self-imposed bouts of freedom and crime before. Even in those independent times she always had the Jedi to catch her fall, always had a place to return to. But now those very people are searching for her, if she falls this time then she dies. It takes all of her willpower, reserve and contacts to stay ahead of them, and is thankful when they begin to relent on their search for her as the war demands their focus. But she still cannot risk to stay in one place for long.
She could have fallen into darkness, taken to death sticks (a drug that takes away from your lifeline with each use) like Palpatine expected, absorbed in her own self-pity and anger. But she feels no anger, just sheer determination to clear her name, regain her place in the Jedi and defeat the Sith once and for all, as she knows that somewhere in her mind lies the face of the true Sith Lord, she just cannot find it. However she knows that she cannot just turn up to the Council and plead not guilty, their belief in her "plot" is too strong, so she must show it to them in other ways.
For the entire time of her exile she trains, learning the fighting techniques from every fighter she can come across. From retired heroes to pirates, settlements to cities, mercenaries to guilds, she learns them all and incorporates moves the Jedi have never even heard of into her own style. When they ask why she does this she responds she wants to defeat the greatest Jedi of them all. They laugh at first but they cannot deny her determination, and fear her skill. While doing all this she participates in the war, sweeping in to save doomed battles and sole soldiers, becoming renowned for her amazing fighting and bravery, the Unofficial General they call her. The Determined Renegade, The Unknown Hero, The Lawless Jedi. Because she can only fight with her people by using every single contact, agreement and illegal trade she's ever made to do so, and gain the arms to. Otherwise they would have rejected and captured her within an instant. But because she uses her underground ways, powers and fighting skills to aid the Republic army they accept her, until they can ignore her "crimes" no longer and go to take her captive, to find that she's vanished, gone to aid and learn the ways of another regiment, another planet.
Her antics soon become a legend in the Clone Wars and the tale of The Lawless Jedi becomes a widespread one amongst the people of the Galaxy, whether they support her or not, even though most of the actual events and details become exaggerated, and not one person knows who it really is. Though a certain Obi-Wan Kenobi has his suspicions. But he himself is gaining his own reputation with his former Padawan, now Jedi Knight, Anakin Skywalker. Kenobi's legend had grown to be very great during the wars, as he and his partner Skywalker became household names from their daring exploits, and were known as the most famous Jedi in the Galaxy. This earned the attention of the Separatist general, Grievous, who wanted to add both Skywalker's and Kenobi's lightsabers to his belt as trophies.
18 months have passed since she was exiled and her antics have grown enough in popularity to have reached the ears of everyone she intended. It is only then, after defeating an entire squadron of Separatist Troops solely on her own, that she deems herself ready to execute the final stage of her plan, to kill the greatest Jedi that has ever lived, and redeem her name. She takes a flight to Coruscant, a place she has not returned since the day she was exiled, and sneaks her way up to the Jedi Temple. The Clone Troopers standing guard are no match for her, she dispatches them with a single sweep and takes to the shadows, not one Jedi notices her swoop past them as she ascends to the Council Chambers. There, just where she expected, is the Jedi Council. Using the Force she hides herself, using a unique camouflage technique she learnt from an ancient Order nobody knows of on a distant planet, and creeps up behind Grand Master Yoda. The Jedi can feel something, but they do not know or see what, and they go outside to investigate. As the last Master files out Allana draws her lightsaber and Yoda sighs.
"Returned with anger, you have I see." He says in disappointment and Allana circles around to face him.
"Not anger, determination." She replies and takes a battle position as Yoda draws his lightsaber. She makes the first move to initiate the duel and the Jedi rush back in, but Yoda tells them to stay away. The two fight furiously, Allana is at the height of her skill and power but Yoda is the best swordsman alive, his small form is irrelevant compared to his speed and knowledge of the Force. The battle goes all around the Jedi Temple, from thin alleyways to the courtyard, the roof, hangars and eventually into the vast training rooms.
"Revenge, work it will not!" Yoda says, panting as the two are both pressed to the utmost of their endurance and ability. The Jedi in the Temple have followed them and in the training rooms they have a miniature audience as they still duel furiously, ancient power and mastery against an entirely new form and youthful vigour.
"I do not want revenge." Allana replies through gritted teeth as she's backed up against a pillar. It seems to be the end of her and Yoda's coming in with a sudden surge of attacks when she uses the Force to bring down all of the pillars around her, she's shaking with the effort and performs an amazing back-leap onto the higher rubble of the pillars behind her. She gets a breather for two seconds until Yoda, gasping at her unexpected power, leaps up onto the pillars next to her.
"What then, do you want?" Yoda pants as they fight across a new bridge of pillars over to the middle of the training room's raised wall seating. Their lightsabers move so quickly that the Jedi watching below don't even know which green lightsaber is who's anymore. They're using the Force to attack the other with debris at the same time and it seems both are reaching their breaking point when Allana suddenly spins away, backflips to the middle of the pillar bridge and leans over to take a short breath. Yoda uses this to suddenly catapult all the debris at her with the Force and Allana, thinking three steps ahead of him, uses a new technique to propel the debris all around her, moving it so quickly with the Force that it creates it's own wind in a fierce funnel around her, lifting her up in the air and even forcing the watching Jedi to step back against the force of it. When she's splayed in the air, her brown hair flaying out behind her dramatically, she throws all of the debris outwards. The Jedi Masters are forced to use the Force to deflect the debris off the others. From her position in the air Allana somersaults forwards, aiming at Yoda in a fierce lightsaber-spiked hedgehog-wheel and attacks him in a furore she had not yet used. It takes up the last remains of her energy and suddenly Yoda is straining, focusing on frantically deflecting her impossible blows and is backed up against an alcove with no escape. Allana rotates her lightsaber around her wrists, high-kicks out at Yoda so he's forced to avoid her leg, and uses the distraction to slice his lightsaber hand. His lightsaber falls to the floor far below them and Allana moves into the killing blow position too quickly for his exhausted self to recall it via the Force. Her lightsaber is at his neck, an audible gasp comes from the Jedi onlookers and Yoda closes his eyes in resignation to his fate. Yoda, the greatest, most powerful Jedi of them all, has been defeated. Then Allana sheathed her lightsaber.
"I want your trust." She says simply and drops her lightsaber hilt in front of him. Yoda's eyes open in amazement and everyone is watching her as she drops to her knees in front of him. "Master Yoda, for 18 months I have dedicated every part of myself to aiding the Republic in any and every way that I could. Training and learning from every fighter in the Galaxy I could find for this moment. I have defeated you in a fair duel, I could have killed you and I did not. You have seen my power and I know that you, all of you, can sense that I have not turned to the Dark Side. It is with this that I pray you can see that I only use this power for the Republic, the Jedi and the Force. My loyalties lie forever with you and the Light. I do not know why I implicated Chancellor Palpatine as the Sith Lord, after 18 months of thinking I can only reason that the Sith Lord wanted me to do so to hide the real one. I never have nor will, betray you. I knew that this was the only way to gain your trust and your ear and prepared for it every day. But now I am at your mercy so if you would still convict me - then so be it." She finishes and hangs her head to await their decision.
Yoda considers it and hmphs as he ambles towards her. He stands in front of her with his head raised, recalls his lightsaber and says: "Wise you have become, it seems, young Allana Jinn. Proud, Qui-Gon would be." He smiles and Allana raises her head in surprise.
"It seems that we owe you an apology, Allana." Mace Windu says from the row of seats next to them where he climbed up as she spoke. "Rash we were." Yoda admits and hangs his head. "But the Dark Side clouds everything. From closest friends, a betrayal could come." He declares.
"So you cannot remember anything about this Darth Sidious? Or why you named Palpatine?" A Council Member asks from below and she shakes her head, just repeating what she said before.
"Holes in your mind, I sense." Yoda frowns as he examines her with the Force.
"It's possible, I have heard of it before when I studied old tales of the Sith." Another Council Member adds.
"Then we misjudged you, the fact that you managed to escape them is considerable as well." Mace Windu says and the Council murmur in agreement.
"So does this mean I'm a Jedi again?" Allana asks and after quickly conferring with looks amongst themselves they nod. "Thank you!" She gushes. "Then I would like to continue my investigation, if you will allow it. The Sith wouldn't have set me up if I wasn't on to something." She says and the Council consider it seriously.
"I agree, but not yet." Mace Windu announces. "If you are to still to be considered not a threat to them they cannot think we trust you so readily again."
"Punished, you must be." Yoda smiles as he catches on to Mace Windu's plan and Allana's face falls slightly.
"You have shown your prowess in battle so we will put that skill to use. You will be monitored and under the command of someone we can trust." Mace Windu says. "In the outer-rim sieges perhaps, where you can cause no harm..."
"Report to Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, you will." Yoda smiles and Allana's face lights up.
"Of course, Master Yoda." She says and bows to him in respect to hide her grin. "I hope I did not harm you too badly?" She asks as she sees his wrist.
"No. Just glad you did not take off my entire hand, I am." Yoda chuckles and they make their way down to the floor.
"You will become famous for this now, Jedi Allana, there's no hiding from your powers anymore." Mace Windu says to her with raised eyebrows, hinting that the Council knew of her test-altering exploits when she was a child, and she gulps.
"Now you'll have to behave to keep your reputation, "Lawless" Jedi." Another adds with some amusement.
"It appears I owe you an apology as well, Masters." Allana replies as they walk out of the destroyed training room and the Council look at her curiously. "For the mess." She adds and they laugh.
The Revenge of The Sith:
Over in the Outer-Rim Sieges (some of the most remote worlds in the Galaxy) Jedi Master and General, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Anakin Skywalker's temporary rest while they are stationed on one of the large battleships above a captured planet has been intruded by an unexpected message from the ship's Commander."Obi-Wan, Commander Brite forwarded me a message from the Council. There's a new Jedi arriving today and we've been commanded to watch over them." Anakin informs his friend as he slides under his ship to recover a radio he dropped.
"Damn. I thought we'd avoided the babysitting duties when we took on that mission on Onderon." Obi-Wan muttered wistfully and fumbles around for the elusive radio. "Who is it?"
"I don't know, the signal cut out before he could say. We'll find out soon enough though, they're arriving in the port in just a few minutes. He said that they defeated Yoda!" He adds in disbelief and Obi-Wan's aha! as he finds the radio is immediately followed by splutters.
"Defeated Grand Master Yoda?!" He repeats in disbelief and slides out from under the ship. "They must be a wild one...whoever it is." He says and they head out of the hangar to the port outside. "I hope you know I'm going to put this one onto you. I've already had to cope with managing you for two years." Obi-Wan says tongue-in-cheek.
"I thought it was me who keeps saving you, Master." Anakin retorted. "Ohhh...it's even." Obi-Wan says evasively and they grin as they go to meet the landing ship outside.
The ship comes down with a hiss and smoke comes from the extending walkway, not enough to be of alarm but enough to hide the Jedi that comes down. They wait with a mix of dread and curiosity as the knee-high brown boots of a Jedi emerge, then comes the swirling grey cloak and a cream tunic and leggings. The Jedi's brown hair contrasts perfectly with the neutral colours and just enhances her, blue, eyes... Obi-Wan is slack-jawed in shock for a moment as Allana descends the walkway to them, looking fiercer than ever, and Anakin grins at his reaction to the return of their old friend.
"So you're going to put this one onto me now, are you?" Anakin repeats with a tone of mockery, knowing full well that he won't.
"I think this one will need both of our efforts, Anakin, if she doesn't end up mentoring us." Obi-Wan replies with a knowing smile and composes himself.
"Well well, you two have smartened up to your reputations well. There wasn't one corner of the Galaxy where I didn't hear of your antics." Allana says mock-tiredly as she approaches and shakes Anakin's hand warmly.
"Exile hasn't been too bad for you either it appears." Obi-Wan returns as he examines her stronger, more athletic form. "When you said you'd be proving your innocence I didn't think you meant this soon, we've barely gotten our own reputation and now you come storming in defeating Master Yoda!" He complains in jest. Allana shrugs as if it was nothing and laughs.
"It's good to see you again, Obi-Wan." She grins and suddenly hugs him. It's unexpected but he returns it warmly, only hearing tales of the other's battles for 18 months makes it seem like a lifetime.
"Did you really do it?" Anakin asks in admiration and Allana nods.
"But please, not now, I've got a feeling I'll be telling that story until I'm 90. You can at least show me around first." She says and leaps ahead of them, waiting by the sliding door to the inside of the ship for one of them to unlock it.
"She's taking over already. Mentoring us." Obi-Wan whispers ominously to Anakin and he grins.
"Nice beard, General." She says huskily -referencing to the new, cleaner haircut he's got now he's all important- and winks before she jogs on to follow Anakin. Obi-Wan shakes his head wryly and smiles bewilderedly, not sure if he's turned on, offended or a little bit threatened. Either way, he follows them, stroking his beard self-consciously.
And so for the remainder of the war Allana is stationed with them. As everyone comes to know of the clearing of her name, and her defeat of Master Yoda becomes more widespread, her reputation is known everywhere. Especially now that she's teamed up with Skywalker and General Kenobi, they are are trio feared and respected everywhere, bringing the Republic a string of victories everywhere they go and only failing once, which they all bicker and blame eachother for. But despite a few disagreements Allana finds that she's becoming closer than ever before to them both, it is the first time they've worked together officially after all, and she finds that the war has matured Anakin greatly, leaving most of the arrogant and insolent teenager he'd been before behind. And even though they cannot embrace their attraction while under the scrutiny and events of war, Allana and Obi-Wan's relationship only becomes stronger from the fighting partnership, and become quite experienced in battles of sarcasm and banter.
However these took them to some of the most remote worlds in the galaxy, and forced them to stay for long periods of time. While Obi-Wan and Allana took it in their stride this was a strain on Skywalker being away from his secret wife, Padmé. Allana begins to suspect him of involvement with a woman somewhere but she isn't sure who, and she doesn't exactly have much time to investigate. She can only give him subtle support and warnings, as she knows that her feelings for Obi-Wan would have torn her apart if they hadn't agreed to postpone their relationship to a later date, and have been sure that they will be together after the war.
Their long, successful tirade of victories is only one small part of a whole however, the Republic is crumbling under attacks by the ruthless Sith Lord, Count Dooku. There are heroes on both sides and evil is everywhere. In a stunning move, the fiendish droid leader, General Grievous, has swept into the Republic capital and "kidnapped" Chancellor Palpatine, leader of the Galactic Senate, and it is the notorious trio who are commanded to save him.
It is three years after the events of Attack of the Clones, 19 BBY (Allana's just turning 30 and Obi-Wan 38). The Galactic Republic is in the midst of the epic war with the Confederacy of Independent Systems under the leadership of Count Dooku, who is also the Sith Lord, Darth Tyranus. The Confederacy's cyborg (half-droid, half-human) military leader, General Grievous of the Separatist Droid Army has infiltrated Coruscant and captured Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, leader of the Galactic Senate.
"Being a bit clumsy boys?" She tuts as she notices Obi-Wan's broken wing and expertly shoots the last buzz droid off his ship. Obi-Wan then sarcastically complements her timing. With a grin she keeps all the enemy blasts off him as he focuses on flying, as his windscreen was partially blinded by the buzz droids. As they approach Grievous's flagship, Invisible Hand, Obi-Wan reminds Anakin their shields are still up in alarm and so Anakin breaks formation and attacks a shield generator, knocking out the shields on the docking bay of the ship. But Obi-Wan notes he has a bad feeling about this as the back-up metal shield starts to quickly close across the docking bay, they manage to fly in just in time and the two Jedi crash land. they immediately jump out of their vehicles and take out the droids in the bay, while Allana circles around the bay in her ship and shoots the majority of them down. She lands neatly and upon getting out she looks at their crashed ships and sighs.
"Men." She says simply, shaking her head. The two look at eachother bewilderedly at how she managed to stay in the air and Allana pats their shoulders as she joins them.

"Spring the trap." Obi-Wan says with a grin when asked what the next move is and they head on, throwing R2-D2 a radio and telling him to wait here for orders.
They make their way through the flagship, fighting through an army of droids. Meanwhile, R2-D2 aids them from the hangar bay by overriding the lifts while simultaneously incinerating a pair of super battle droids, resulting in him having to put the radio (which Obi-Wan's commands come from loudly) inside of him while comically sending their lift the wrong way accidentally. While they're going up Allana decides to split up with them, and secure their way to the control room as it's likely "all hell will break loose" when they recover the Chancellor, and also stating that Palpatine gives her a headache. Obi-Wan reasons "Well he is a politician.", not realising she means it literally, and they part.
The Jedi reach the General's Quarters, finding the "captive" Chancellor Palpatine. They are confronted by Count Dooku himself, and a lightsaber duel ensues. The Jedi throw the Count off guard, by converting from basic attacks to more skilled tactics. During the battle, Obi-Wan is rendered unconscious and injured when Dooku uses the Force to hold him in mid-air before hurling him against a railing. Anakin continues the battle, and is repeatedly taunted by Dooku. Using his anger, Anakin taps into the dark side of the force, and gets the better of the duel. He severs both of Dooku's hands, rendering incapable of defending himself. Palpatine urges Anakin to kill him. Completely unaware of Palpatine's intentions (to get rid of Dooku so he can continue to twist the young and far more powerful Anakin to become his apprentice), Anakin finishes off the Sith Lord with his own lightsaber. An explosion occurs deep in the ship, brought on by the attack of the Star Destroyer Guarlara, causing the Invisible Hand to begin an uncontrolled descent into Coruscant. Despite Palpatine's persuasions that he should leave him, Anakin carries the unconscious Obi-Wan on his back, and manoeuvres through the ship with the Chancellor. When Kenobi recovered, he found himself upside-down, in an elevator shaft, staring at Palpatine hanging on Skywalker's leg. Quickly righting himself and clinging onto Anakin, he asked the obvious, Did I miss something? After exiting the elevator, Obi-Wan, Anakin and Palpatine were confronted by more droids and reunited with Allana. Obi-Wan once again sarcastically compliments her "brilliant timing today". Kenobi suggests they make their way to the hangar bay to hopefully find something still capable of flight. Unfortunately, they were unable to make it to the hangar because they got caught in a ray shield.

On Coruscant, Anakin is praised for his heroics and Obi-Wan insists that he goes ahead to join them while he reports to the Council, stating that he isn't brave enough and "Someone needs to be the poster boy." Also that Anakin did far more than him, despite Anakin insisting it's because of his training and that he planned the whole operation. So as Anakin is about to join the group of politicians Allana steps down from the ship as well to Obi-Wan's surprise."You're going too? I thought you said politics gave you a headache?" He asks her accusingly.
"Just Palpatine." Allana assures him. "Besides, I need to get my recognition from somebody, seeing as you ruined my cleared route back to the hangar by getting caught in a ray shield." She says teasingly.
"That was Anakin too!" Obi-Wan replies in mock defence and Allana smiles.
"The Senate are the only ones I haven't got any influence in yet." She explains half-seriously. "Even if you go to the Pirate Lords of Calhoun, mention my name and they'll welcome you with wide arms. Well, maybe not you but still-" She pauses as Obi-Wan raises his eyebrows at her with a wounded expression. "You're a Jedi!" She explains defensively and grins at how disappointed he really is that she's not going with him.
"Senator Organa seems to be different from the others...after all, if I'm to get ahead of the situation with the Sith properly I'll have to become familiar with their own ground, even if it does mean learning politics, and I'd rather learn it from someone with an open mind." She says more seriously and without much enthusiasm.
"Well then I'll leave you to it." Obi-Wan chuckles, glad now that he's already familiar with politics, as much as he doesn't like them. "I'll put in a good word for you with the Council." He says in parting as they notice the politicians are now moving on.
"I appreciate it!" Allana calls and jogs over to catch up with them as Obi-Wan's cruiser takes off behind her. He's just sitting down on one of the suede seats when Allana contacts him telepathically through the Force: "I'll see you later, General." She says saucily and Obi-Wan shakes himself to remove the shivers she sent down his spine.
"That woman." He mutters fondly as he sits down, wondering how she can still affect him like this.
Palpatine has assured Mace Windu that the Senate will not vote to end the war until General Grievous is dead, despite Dooku's demise, and Mace replies that the Jedi will make it their highest priority to find him. Allana joins the politicians just as Anakin excuses himself from Bail Organa's side to be reunited with Padmé Amidala.
Elsewhere, Grievous, now both the political and military leader of the Separatists, arrives on Utapau, where Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray, Geonosian Industries owner Poggle the Lesser, Techno Union head of state and Emir Wat Tambor and others on the Separatist Council remain in hiding. The General is contacted by Darth Sidious, who gives him instructions to move the Separatist leaders to a volcanic planet, Mustafar. He also explains that the war is almost over. Grievous is uncertain about this, given Count Dooku's death but Sidious assures him that Darth Tyranus's death and loss was necessary, for he will soon have a new apprentice: one far younger and more powerful.
Later, on Coruscant, Allana and Obi-Wan use the brief peaceful period to secretly spend the night together in eachothers arms. Anakin also spends the night with Padmé and awakens in a panic, covered in sweat. He reveals to Padmé that he has been dreaming about her dying in childbirth, and believing that he can't live without her, vows not to let this dream come true. He consults Yoda on this and the latter warns him of visions of those you have feelings for, as they can be deceptive, and that dying is a natural way of life. He tells Anakin to practice releasing all he fears to lose, as that path can only lead to the Dark Side, but Anakin ignores his advice as he is not willing to give up Padmé.
In the morning Obi-Wan informs Anakin that Chancellor Palpatine has requested his presence without even telling the Council, and admits that it's all making him feel very uneasy, and warns Anakin to be wary of "your friend Palpatine". They meet in the Chancellor's office. The Senate has granted the Chancellor further emergency powers, giving him direct control of the Jedi High Council. Palpatine confides in Anakin his fear, distrust, and contempt of the Jedi Masters. He appoints Anakin to be his personal representative on the Council.
The High Council begrudgingly accepts Anakin's appointment, but does not grant him the rank of Master. Anakin reacts angrily at this perceived "unfair" slight and Obi-Wan shakes his head in disapproval as his former Padawan humiliates himself and is told to sit down. Ignoring his outburst, the Council goes on to discuss matters concerning the war, and continue to try and locate Grievous. It is decided that Anakin will be assigned to protect the Chancellor, and Yoda will take a battalion of clones to reinforce the Wookiees on Kashyyyk. Anakin is angry and disappointed. Obi-Wan later tells Anakin that the Council wants Anakin to report on all the Chancellor's dealings, essentially spying on him. Anakin is confused and upset, feeling torn between two friends and loyalties. Obi-Wan himself is unhappy with the situation, he was the only member who was against the Council's decision, but admits that something is out of place, as Palpatine has stayed in office far longer than he was supposed to. Despite this, Skywalker began distrusting him just as much as the rest of the council, and Kenobi felt he was justified in this.
While travelling to the spaceport
Meanwhile Allana had been assigned by the Council to tutor the younglings, seeing as their education has not been as involving with other Jedi as it should have been, due to them being so thinly spread in the war. It also allows her to remain in Coruscant and keep an eye on the Senate, as even though they still don't believe her previous accusation of Palpatine as a Sith Lord, they trust him less and less each day.
When she expresses her dread of the assignment to Obi-Wan he laughs and thinks she'll be good at it. He also informs her that the Council seem interested in giving her the rank of Master. She's aware of Anakin's anger at not having the title himself and downplays it, pointing out that the Council only give that rank to Jedi who've successfully tutored an apprentice, to which Obi-Wan replies "Not always." and points out that what she's done for the Jedi should be more than enough to qualify for the promotion. But Allana admits that she's seen potential in a certain youngling called Jett Zacusa. He's older than the typical age of accepted Padawans but he has a certain spunk that reminds her of herself, but isn't sure if she could handle it. Obi-Wan encourages her to consider it, not doubting for a second that she'd make a great, if slightly fearsome, tutor.
After a brief pause in their conversation, Palpatine makes a remark about the tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise. Palpatine describes Darth Plagueis as a Dark Lord of the Sith so powerful and wise that he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians (the blood cells in Jedi that make them sensitive to the Force) to create life. Not only this, but having such power and knowledge of the dark side, Plagueis could use this ability to save people he cared about from death, a statement which gets Anakin's attention (which was Palpatine's intention) and Palpatine describes the dark side of the Force as a pathway to many abilities considered by some to be unnatural. When Anakin asks what happened to Darth Plagueis, Palpatine concludes that Plagueis became so powerful that all he feared was losing his power which he eventually did. Unfortunately for Plagueis, he taught his apprentice, who happened to be Darth Sidious, all he knew: after he had, his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Palpatine notes the irony of how Plagueis could keep others from dying, but not himself. When Anakin asks if it is possible to learn the power to stop death, Palpatine simply replies, "Not from a Jedi," further alienating Anakin from the Jedi Order.
Jett Zacusa is a 13 year old Padawan with light skin and thick, black hair, chopped short with a long braid starting from his right temple, as is the traditional hairstyle for padawans. He was inducted into the Jedi after his parents were killed in a raid on their village. Jett was only 3 at the time but actually managed to shoot a raider with his father's blaster. Jedi Master Ki-Adi Mundi saved him by putting the boy on his shoulders as he fought through the raid, and took him back to the Jedi Temple. He's a talented fighter and has a clear head but his sass and unorthodox ways unnerve most of the other Jedi, which is why he's never been chosen. He's met Allana before on various occasions but not being interested in taking a Padawan, Allana never took any notice of him. Until now that is, which she later wonders if the Council set up for her to take a Padawan. However she finds his wit refreshing and remind her of her younger self, but is sure she can teach him to tone it down and put all his focus and quick mind into his training. (I will make a sim of him one day)
Later, in a meeting with the Jedi Council Allana puts forward her request to mentor Jett Zacusa and it's eagerly accepted. Also considering her superior skill, maturity, dedication to the Order and as she's operating on an investigation that requires frequent communication with the Council, Mace Windu nominates her to the title of Master and a seat on the Council. To her delight everyone agrees (though Anakin is somewhat jealous) and she's invited to stay for the rest of the meeting. Anakin relays the information about Grievous, explaining that a partial message was intercepted in a diplomatic packet from the Chairman of Utapau. Yoda says they should act quickly and decisively on this information. When Anakin expresses his interest in going at Palpatine's request, Mace Windu harshly tells him that the Council will decide who goes and not the Chancellor. Yoda believes that a Master with more experience is needed to confront, and defeat, Grievous. Ki-Adi-Mundi agrees and nominates Obi-Wan to go. With the nomination agreed on, the Council adjourns and Obi-Wan prepares to go to Utapau.
Just as they leave the Council Chamber Obi-Wan congratulates her and they embrace with grins, momentarily forgetting that they're supposed to be hiding their relationship. But the others think nothing of it as they disperse and Obi-Wan wishes her good luck on the trial she's about to endure as a mentor, jokingly forewarning her about being considered and old and cranky master, and she tells him to be careful on Utapau in return. Grievous is not a simple opponent after all, and she kisses him on the cheek before they part. As he leaves she's overwhelmed with a sudden urge to call him back but she shakes it off, and goes to break the news to Jett. This is the last time they will see eachother before everything becomes uncertain, and their lives are never a guarantee, again.
Anakin walks Obi-Wan to his star destroyer before he leaves. Anakin still believes he'd be needed on Utapau, and while Obi-Wan agrees, he also notes it might just be a wild Bantha chase. Anakin stops
Obi-Wan arrives in Pau City on Utapau, and begins his search for General Grievous,
On Coruscant, Anakin tells Palpatine that General Grievous has been found on Utapau. Anakin insists he should be on Utapau as well. Their conversation shifts to Palpatine's knowledge of the Force, and Palpatine reveals that he is Darth Sidious. Anakin ignites his lightsaber and threatens to kill Palpatine, but then decides to expose him to the Jedi Council. He is still concerned with saving his wife, and believes only Palpatine's knowledge, learned from the late Darth Plagueis, will ensure this.

Anakin returns to the Jedi Temple and approaches Windu who tells Anakin that they have just been informed that Obi-Wan has destroyed General Grievous and so they are going to go to the Senate to ensure that Chancellor Palpatine gives back his emergency powers. However, Anakin reveals that Palpatine is a Sith Lord and is not likely to give up his powers, a statement which shocks Mace and stops him dead in his tracks. Anakin confirms what he just said and says he believes Palpatine is the one they have been looking for. When Mace asks how Anakin knows this, he tells Mace that Palpatine knows the ways of the Force and has been trained to use the dark side and that he is absolutely sure. Mace says Allana was right after all, their worst fears have now been realized and that if the Jedi Order is to survive, they must move quickly. Anakin warns Windu that Palpatine is very powerful and they'll need his help to arrest Palpatine, but Windu urges him to stay out of it as he senses much fear and uncertainty in Anakin and it could cloud his judgement. Mace also adds that if what Anakin says is true then Anakin will have gained his trust but for now, he wants Anakin to wait in the Council Chambers until he returns. He gathers the remaining masters available and apologises to Allana about not believing her, now that it is true. Masters Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, Allana Jinn and Saesee Tiin board a gunship and head to Palpatine's office.
Sitting in the Council Chambers, remembering Palpatine's promise of stopping death and the dreams of Padmé dying in childbirth, Anakin ruminates over his decision: in his mind, he hears Palpatine's voice saying that if the Jedi kill him, any chance of saving Padmé will be lost. Finally, he leaves and rushes after the five Jedi.
Mace Windu and the four other Jedi Masters arrive at Chancellor Palpatine's office. Windu declares Palpatine is under arrest, and the Masters ignite their lightsabers. Palpatine pulls a lightsaber from his sleeve, and hurls himself at the Jedi with a screeching war-cry. Agen Kolar is first to die, run through the chest. Almost immediately after, Palpatine turns and slices Saesee Tiin's torso, and a few seconds later, with more effort from Sidious, Kit Fisto is slain, killed by a slash across the gut. Allana takes him head on and they duel so quickly and furiously across the office that Mace Windu cannot intervene. Allana is the superior combatant but Palpatine's power is incomparable and in an unexpected move he catapults her into the hall with force-lightning, rendering her unconscious when she crumples against the wall and stating "You've interfered for the last time, Allana Jinn!". Only Mace Windu remains, alone against the Dark Lord.
Palpatine and Mace continue the fight, leading out of the Chancellor's antechamber and into the office proper. Meanwhile, Anakin arrives at the scene just as Windu disarms Palpatine, both combatants balancing on the edge of the large window shattered during the duel. Allana has regained consciousness but is still concussed and as Anakin runs past her, she's sure that he'll be able to take down Palpatine with Mace and she watches silently. As Mace threatens Palpatine, the Sith Lord unleashes a torrent of Force lightning. However, Mace deflects it with his blade, casting much of the energy back into Palpatine's body. Palpatine's face becomes horribly disfigured, and he ends his assault, claiming he is too weak to fight on. As Mace is deciding to kill Palpatine, Anakin enters, and claims that this isn't the Jedi way and Palpatine must stand trial: Windu disregards this, stating Palpatine is too dangerous to be left alive as he controls the Senate and the courts. Anakin is finally forced to choose between the Jedi Order or Padmé. Seeing his hesitation Allana is suddenly alarmed and is about to intervene but as Mace is about to deliver the killing blow, Anakin makes his choice, intervenes and cuts off Mace's hand. Palpatine, cackling with glee, blasts the shocked Mace out of the window, and to his death hundreds of stories below. Allana is distraught as Mace was a friend and mentor of hers since she was a child, but she still has enough wits about herself to watch the terrible unfolding scene in the shadows.Anakin is horrified by his actions, yet he knows now there is no turning back. He pledges allegiance to Palpatine, in return for the Dark Lord's power to stop death, in the hope of saving his beloved wife. Palpatine takes Anakin as his Sith apprentice, bestowing upon him the Sith name Darth Vader.
Vader leads the 501st Legion to the Temple. He brutally makes his way through the Temple, cutting down every Jedi that crosses his path, including legendary swordsmaster Cin Drallig and even a clan of Younglings hiding out in the Council Chamber, who run forward and ask him what they're going to do as they're so outnumbered, then he draws his lightsaber and they step back in fear. The temple is set alight and Allana persuades Jett to flee with Henri Diath, as nobody can stand up to Darth Vader, before the hangars are taken over and to wait for her in Henri's homeworld. After seeing the murders of her fellow Jedi, friends and the children she was tutoring Allana knows that the Anakin she once knew as a good friend is no more, and she could never consider him that again. But nonetheless she confronts him and pleads for him to stop, that she knows about his love for Padmé and understands how he feels. But hundreds of lives, the lives that he's killing, cannot account for one. She tries to get him to see reason, and that Padmé would be disgusted by him. It enrages Anakin and they fight. Normally Allana could have defeated him with ease but with the power of the dark side and his unleashed rage behind him, it was doomed from the start. But nonetheless Allana fought him equally for minutes, neither getting the advantage over the other, but then Anakin finally loses patience and brings down the walkway of the upper floor down on top of her. Believing the last Jedi in the temple to be dead he leaves, and goes to fulfil the other half of his assignment: to kill all of the Separatist leaders so that that there will be "peace" at last and the Sith will rule the Galaxy.
Meanwhile, from his office, Palpatine broadcasts a command to the many clone trooper commanders spread throughout the galaxy: to execute Order 66, an action that effectively sets into motion the Great Jedi Purge, to kill every living Jedi.
Across the galaxy, clone troopers turn against their Jedi Generals. As this happens, Yoda feels everyone who is dying and almost faints from the surge of pain and power from the dark side. On Utapau, Kenobi is betrayed by his good friend Commander Cody, who'd just returned his lightsaber to him after a friendly word of warning, and flung off a cliff by a blast from a cannon, ordered by Cody himself, but he and Boga survive the drop to fall into the water below.
Following the raid on the Jedi Temple, Vader returns to Padmé at the Senate Apartment Complex, from where the smoke rising from the wrecked Temple can be seen. He tells her the Jedi have tried to take over the Republic, and there are traitors in the Senate. He asks for her loyalty to the Chancellor, then tells her that he will go to the Mustafar system, where the remaining Separatists have gathered, to end the war.
On Mustafar, Vader is greeted by Viceroy Gunray, but quickly traps the Separatist Council in the bunker. He slaughters them all. He leaves Gunray until last, slicing the Neimoidian across the chest even as he pleads for his life. It is at this point that the first physical manifestation of the dark side in Vader begins to show itself, as his irises turn a pallid yellow, the rest of his eye taking on a bright crimson hue.
The Senate holds a special session where Palpatine tells them of the "plot of the Jedi to overthrow the Senate," but that it was foiled. Amidst thunderous applause, he informs the Senate that the surviving Jedi will be hunted down and defeated. He then states that in order to insure the security and continued stability that the Republic will be reorganized into the first Galactic Empire, which Palpatine describes as creating a safe and secure society. As the majority of the Senate screams their approval, Padmé Amidala and Bail Organa, who are shocked at the result, simply look around and Padmé can only remark "So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause."
In the meantime, Obi-Wan and Yoda go to the Jedi Temple, slaying clone troopers and walking in disbelief through the carnage. Yoda notices that several of their fellow Jedi were cut down by a foe wielding a lightsaber. Obi-Wan wonders in horror "Not even the younglings survived. Who could have done this?". Thanks to being taught how by Allana, Obi-Wan reversed the Temple beacon code to warn all remaining Jedi to stay away instead of returning. At the Temple's control centre, Obi-Wan looks into the security recordings. Yoda told him that it would bring only pain to him but Obi-Wan insists on knowing for himself. In disbelief, he watches Vader's slaughter of the Jedi and bowing before Palpatine and being proclaimed his new Sith apprentice. Yoda says they have no choice but to destroy the Sith; including Vader. Obi-Wan begs Yoda to let him take Palpatine because he considers Skywalker as a brother; however, Yoda refuses, stating that Obi-Wan cannot win that fight. Yoda tells Obi-Wan that Anakin has been "consumed" by Vader, and he must put his "brother" out of his misery.
"Have feelings for Master Jinn, you do." Yoda sighs and Obi-Wan doesn't reply as Yoda said it as a statement. "Dangerous times for feelings, these are." He warned Obi-Wan. The two then separated.
Obi-Wan, seeking information on Anakin's whereabouts, arrives at Padmé's apartment. He meets Padmé and tells her that Anakin has turned to the dark side and killed the younglings in the Jedi Temple. Despite her anguish, Padmé will not reveal where her husband has gone. Obi-Wan leaves, though not before expressing his regret to Padmé, whom he deduces is carrying Anakin's child.
Later, Padmé leaves Coruscant in her starship, departing for Mustafar to find her husband, and the truth. Unknown to her, Obi-Wan secretly stows away aboard the ship just before it takes off.
Allana had cunningly used a Jedi mind-trick to corner one of the clone troopers at the Jedi Temple to give her the tracking code of Anakin's ship, and had speeded after him in her own ship. However before she could get to Mustafar she was contacted by a group of nearby Jedi; they were lost, injured and scared. With no idea where to go and multiple padawans with them Allana had to help them. She took them to Henri's homeworld but their ship was detected by clone troopers as they went down and they crash landed. They escaped but with no transport she had to trust that Master Yoda or Obi-Wan would deal with Darth Vader. And as she spoke with Henri, Jett and the other Jedi of what had happened and their plans to go into hiding, she could only pray that Obi-Wan would survive, and she would one day see him again.
In the Chancellor's holding office within the Senate Building, Yoda
With Bail Organa's help, Yoda flees the Senate Building, intending to go into exile.
Darth Sidious arrives at Mustafar with a group of shock troopers led by Commander Thire. They rescue Darth Vader from the edge of death using a stasis-pod and Sith medicines held in Sidious's shuttle.
On the isolated asteroid Polis Massa, Yoda meditates and hears the spirit voice of Qui-Gon Jinn. The voice tells him that there is a way to merge with the Force and retain consciousness after death. In order to learn this power, Yoda declares himself an apprentice to the spirit of Qui-Gon Jinn.
Obi-Wan arrives at Polis Massa with Padmé, who is given emergency medical treatment by the facility's droids. She is dying, having lost the will to live. The medical droids work to save her babies—
As his children are born, Vader is being rebuilt at the Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Center on Coruscant. Vader is given new legs, a new arm, mechanized lungs, and other "replacement parts". He is dressed in black armour, a face mask is sealed tightly, and his helmet is fitted. Darth Vader begins to breathe through his mask. Most, if not the entire surgery is carried out in true dark-side form, with Vader wide-awake and apparently unanesthesized, leaving him moaning, screaming, and writhing in excruciating agony.
With Padmé's final breath, she maintains to Obi-Wan that there is still good in Anakin. She dies still believing in the man she once loved, before his violent acts against the Jedi Order and the Separatist Council.
Vader is raised to a standing position at the EmPal SuRecon Center, his surgery complete. Vader begins to speak through his vocabulator to Darth Sidious, asking about Padmé. The Emperor, seeking to cut Vader's last tie to his old life and permanently cement the Dark Side in his heart, lies to Vader, telling him that he accidentally killed his wife while Force Choking her on the landing dock. His last shred of hope and love now gone and his mind broken by the realization he himself killed the person he wanted to save, Vader cries "Noooo!", and unleashes a powerful involuntary Force Scream of rage, shame, and grief, shattering the droids and equipment.
On board the Sundered Heart, docked at Naboo, Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Bail Organa sit at a conference table. They agree to keep Padmé appearing pregnant, thus faking the children's deaths. For their own safety, Luke and Leia will be split up in hopes that the Sith would not sense their presence. Leia will be adopted by Bail Organa and his wife, who "Always wanted to adopt a baby girl" and Luke would be sent to his father's step family on Tatooine. Obi-Wan volunteers to watch over the boy and he and Yoda will watch and wait until the time is ready for the Skywalker children to do their part. As the trio prepared to go their separate ways, Yoda asked Kenobi for a moment of his time. He revealed, to Obi-Wan's shock, that his old Master, Qui-Gonn Jinn has contacted him from beyond death to teach both of them the true path to immortality. Yoda tells Obi-Wan to study the technique Qui-Gon learned while on Tatooine.
Bail Organa leaves the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO in the care of Captain Raymus Antilles of the Sundered Heart. He orders a memory wipe of the talkative protocol droid to C-3PO's disappointment.
On Naboo, Padmé's funeral takes place in a solemn ceremony in Theed. Her hands clasp the japor snippet (a good luck amulet) given to her by Anakin following his departure from Tatooine some thirteen years previous. To protect her children, her body appears to still be pregnant.
In a deleted scene, Yoda heads to Dagobah to begin his self-imposed exile, which he partly owes as penance for his failure to defeat Sidious.
On the bridge of a gray-hulled Venator-class Star Destroyer, Vader, the Emperor, and Governor Wilhuff Tarkin oversee the construction of a certain moon-sized battle station, the Death Star.
On Alderaan, the infant Leia is brought by Bail Organa to his wife, Queen Breha.
On Tatooine, Obi-Wan brings Luke Skywalker to his new family: his uncle, Owen, and his aunt, Beru. Obi-Wan leaves on an eopie, heading to his exile in the Jundland Wastes. Owen and Beru, hold the infant Luke, look out to the horizon and watch the setting of Tatooine's twin suns.
